Taxes are extra. Long term rental rates are negotiable Please note: Room rates are based on a two person occupancy. Additional persons above double occupancy are $20 each. Children under 12 years of age are $10 each. Infants up to 2 years are free. Cots will be provided for extra guests unless in the apartment where there are extra beds already. Single rates are $10 less. Discounted rates may be applicable for weekly and monthly stays.
