MONDAYS:
Belly dance -Kathy Kraft 6:30-7:30PM
learn how to isolate muscles and entice your audience with fluid movements and dance routines inspired by the art of Egyptian belly dance.
SIX WEEKS/$60/PERSON- Starting February 6th 2012 (Drop ins pay $10)

Bollywood- Desiree Danbrook 7:30-8:30PM
Quick, Fun, and flirty dance routines inspired by the mega Indian movie industry.
SIX WEEKS/$60/PERSON-Starting Feb 6th 2012 (Drop ins pay $10)

TUESDAYS:
Hatha Yoga- Tara Clayton 5:45-6:45PM
A series of deep breathing exercises and yoga poses designed to help increase clarity, relaxation, and flexibility.
SIX WEEKS/$60/PERSON- starting February 7th 2012

Dance, Dance, Party, Party!- 7:00-8:00PM
The all female dance party that's sweeping the nation! What makes DDPP so awesome? It's a free-style, non structured way of getting exercise. The positive energy and fun "night club" like environment make this a fun, and addictive way to stay fit. Dance for a full hour to great top 40 music and get motivated by other women. If you love to dance, have fun with your girlfriends, or just get away from the daily doldrums, then DDPP is for you! Three rules apply: No booze, No Boys and most of all No Judgment!
$5 Pay as you go- on going

WEDNESDAYS:
Country Line Dancing- George Leitch 7:00-8:00PM
This is a fun, low impact way of getting exercise. Learn great new routines every class to top country hits of today. If you own a cowboy hat, or boots...don't be afraid to wear them!
SIX WEEKS/$60/PERSON- Starting February 1st 2012 (pay as you go $10)

THURSDAYS:
Core Strength- Anne Jackson 7:00-8:00PM
Improve your posture, tone and firm your muscles, and increase your overall strength. This class is very challenging but rewarding!
SIX WEEKS/ $60/PERSON- Call if interested. Class will begin once we have enough participants. (pay as you go $10)

SATURDAY MORNING KIDS PROGRAMS (4 WEEKS)
Russian Martial Arts-Teaches Discipline 8:15-9:00AM
Helps your child learn how to focus with Deep breathing exercises and controlled movements.

Move 2 the Rhythm- Teaches Co-ordination 9:15-10:15AM
A low structured dance class that teaches your children basic moves and allows them to add their own creativity. Whether your child is a shy soul, or a free spirit, this class will help them emerge, or encourage their free expression. Move 2 the Rhythm is a great way to burn off excess energy. The class ends with a 15-20 minute drum circle. The drums teach your child co-operation, co-ordination, and sound patterns through simple rhythms.

Hatha Yoga-Teaches Balance and Relaxation 10:30-11:15AM
A series of deep breathing exercises and yoga poses will help calm your child and increase strength, balance and co-ordination. If you are enrolling your child in all three programs, this class is a great way to help relax them before home time.

Kid programs will run for 4 weeks starting Sat Feb 4th- Sat March 3rd 2012- NO CLASSES ON FAMILY DAY WEEKEND- FEBRUARY 18TH)
Cost- $8/Child/Class ($32- four weeks)
2 Classes- $15/child ($60-four weeks)
3 Classes-$20/child ($80-four weeks)

Please make sure your child is dressed in comfortable clothing. There are 15 minute breaks in between each class, please make sure your child comes with a water bottle and snack for break times.
